How to place an order?
  1. Choose the bouquet you like (gift)
  2. Choose the size (next to the size/price you can check the exact composition) and delivery date
  3. Write the text for the card and we will attach it to the gift for free.
  4. Optionally, you can add additional gifts: champagne, sweets, cake and other gifts from those offered.
  5. Fill out the delivery form, indicating the contact information about the recipient and the sender for quick communication in case of additional questions or difficulties that may be during the complementation and delivery of your order.
  6. Pay for the order with any method acceptable for you.

How to find out the status of your order?
Each placed order has a number. Information about the status of the order (received, paid, delivered) is sent to your email specified when placing the order.
You can also use the link at the top of the page Order Status. Enter the order number and your email, and you will automatically see the status of the order. Information about order execution is updated a little later, as it is added after the delivery confirmation from the courier.

How to change order data?
After placing an order, you will receive a letter with the order number and data. If you want to change the order data just reply to the email you receive, click on “Reply” and email us the information you want to change. Please, do not change the topic and do not delete the original letter. We will try to make the necessary changes as quickly as possible and will notify you about it.

How to change your order?
To cancel the order, please contact the support service by phone or chat, preferably at least one day before the delivery date. If the order has already been made (fruits, drinks, sweets were bought, balloons done, flowers were cut for the ordered composition, etc.), then we can stop the order execution, but we can’t make the refund. Flowers, fruits are classified as perishable goods and cannot be returned. Other products are specially purchased for a specific order in specialized stores.

Will the bouquet be the same as the one I see on the website?
All bouquets on the website are presented in accordance with the season. Each bouquet is made by florists in accordance with the arrangement client has chosen on the website. Since each component is made by humans, slight differences in shape are possible. If the certain flower required for the composition is not available because of the season or other circumstances, an equivalent replacement is made. If more than one flower is missing to make a bouquet, then we agree on replacement with the customer, offering at least 2 other options. When you place an order, please indicate your contact information, this will allow us to contact you quickly and resolve such issues.

What is the difference between small, standard and deluxe bouquet options?
All the gifts are presented in different options (size, composition) for your convenience. When you pick the bouquet, you may click on it and see the full composition and change it if required.

What are the guarantees for paying by credit card?
On our website you only place an order and the payment is made with a specialized payment system that provides data transmission over secure channels, a special protocol that complies international safety standards for bank payments.
