Flower arrangements, fruit baskets are made in accordance with the pictures you see on our website. Flowers are always fresh and delivered every 2 days to the store. Fruits, sweets and other products that are not our core product are bought only in specialized stores, right before delivery.
If due to any circumstances you need to postpone/cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order is already made (flowers are cut, fruits are purchased), then we will not be able to make a refund, as cut flowers for a certain bouquet cannot be used twice, fruits cannot be returned to the store, balloons can be reused etc.
If the order is canceled within 1 day before the date of delivery, our company guarantees a full refund, minus 15% (costs that cover payment system services for receipt and return, accounting work).
If you want to cancel the order after it has already been done, then we won’t be able to compensate the amount paid. You can change the delivery address (within the city) and we will deliver the order to the new address.
If the order is delivered without previous agreement with the recipient, at customer request, the customer bears material responsibility. If:
